Automatically Importing Existing Table Data Into Another Table

I have a master set of yes/no questions stored in a confiform table that i would like to leverage across numerous other pages (fields are ID, Question as WYSIWYG text, Answer as a Y/N Checkbox).

The leveraged on pages, e.g., an initiative governance page, are dynamically created from a template and and have a duplicate confiform table definition/structure as the master set table i want to leverage.

I want to autoload the table on the initiative page to reflect the list of master set questions/answers while recording their answers independently for each initiative, and unique from each other initiative, and not impacting the master list.

I know i can use the import API to do this but it forces a manual step which i want to automate/remove.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

NB: i do not have access to the source editor. has to be done via existing macros in a page.

Found a solution using Smart Dropdowns and the association of the existing fields from the other table.
