Automatic way to keep your enterprise wiki clean

Does somebody know if you can send emails to people who have updated/modified a page, but it was a long time ago. 

IF <user> 

has modified "Something" for 5 months 

then send mail with instructions

If user click button that its up-to-date

Then update last modified to current_date

Else delete page or put in archive. 

Something like this. Somebody already done something like this?
