Authenticate Read/Write Access Between JIRA Instances and Confluence

Chetana Nayyar February 11, 2019

I come across this pop-up when the confluence session expires and I need to allow the access again. Is there a way to avoid this.

This is part of OAuth setup where each JIRA user will need to identify themselves as a valid Confluence user, so that they can post content to Confluence from JIRA. But you wouldn't have to do it every time the session expires. It should be a one time setup.

If you are getting this page everytime, there must be something else going on. Did you check the logs to find if there are any errors? Or, is someone clearing the existing tokens?
