Atlassian docker images entrypoint script set_perms always runs on reboot

Not sure if this is the right place to ask.

It seems like the entrypoint script included in all the Atlassian docker containers are now always running set_perms before it starts the service. On larger systems that have many files this could take hours before the system is started.

I feel like the script should only run the set_perms if it can determine that it needs to. Where is the right place to report this issue?
