I'm an admin for jira / confluence. Trying to install gliffy as plugin for free trial. Reset my atlassian pw and it says I need an atlassian account. But I already have an account and it won't let me login even after resetting pw.

Can you download and access the Gliffy plugin from within the confluence/jira built in marketplace?

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/Finding+new+add-ons

Using the above should allow your confluence/jira instance to auto register the addon onto you already present confluence/jira account.
