Atlassian Core Utils 5.0-rc1 artifact is not functional

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on Confluence Plugin that uses functionalities of ImportExportManager and for that I need to use the ProgressMeter from atlassian-core-utils. However, the dependencies for https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.atlassian.core/atlassian-core-utils are not functional, as well as when accessing direkt the jar file it shows log: 

"errors" : [ {
    "status" : 404,
    "message" : "Could not find resource"
  } ]

 Can this be fixed?
