Atlassian Confluence upgrade 6.13.23 fails

Hi Team,

I have upgraded Atlassian confluence from 6.13.8 to 6.13.28 but i am getting the below error

Not Found

The requested URL /bootstrap/selectsetupstep.action was not found on this server.

i checked the logs in the data folder the logs comments looks good. Can anybody knows what can be the issue

I recommend you open a ticket with atlassian support and provide the support zip files for analysis.
