Atlassian Companion App install location RDS/multiple users

We're looking to install the Atlassian Companion App on RDS servers, unfortunaly it seems to install itself only for the user running it in %appdata% folder. Is there a way to install it for all users?

There is an MSI for centralized rollout available now.

But at least for us there is an odd catch at the moment. While the Complanion App gets installed ok, it won't autostart until the user starts the app manually. As soon as this is done it does autostart on the following system reboots. This is kinda bad though.

You won't get it running like it should. We used a batch to get it rolled out to all users, which has worked, but the App does not work with multiple users on one RDS server.
