Hi,
Within Confluence, is there a way to find the count of each article which have:
Is there also a way for us to navigate and check the total number of articles created?
Hi @benjamin.santos1
As far as I know, there isn't something that does that natively in Confluence and to be honest I don't think there is an app that can solve that either.
I'd be happy to discuss your article search needs around decision trees tho. I might be able to help, as we've just launched a free beta app to the marketplace (here ) and we could look into having a search functionality to return results like the ones you're after.
Let me know.
Cheers,
Dan
Hello @benjamin.santos1 ,
If Advanced Search does not meet your needs, you can use REST API (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/intro) to get the pages you need, parse the bodies of the pages, and check if they contain necessary data/elements (by HTML or COnfluence storage format).
You can use https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/api-group-search/#api-wiki-rest-api-search-get with CQL query to find the pages or go per spaces basis (can be complex, if there is a lot of data).
