Are there sample confluence projects for import?

My organization has decided to use Confluence, but I need to set up some examples of spaces and templates to help stakeholders better understand the features and functionality before we plan our content and migrate into Confluence.

Are there any resources to import pre-made Confluence spaces to help demonstrate the features?  I'm still learning Confluence myself - if I have to set up spaces on my own to demonstrate the capacities, that's going to take a significant amount of time...

Any sample spaces out there I can import and use as a base for a demonstration?

When Confluence is installed, there is an option to create a Demonstration Space, it is populated with content.

Another resource is the Space Templates, when you create a space it offers you different types of space and there is sample content when you use a template. My recommendation is to create a space from each template, to get an idea of some common use cases. Here are the options:
