Are there permissions that need to be enabled for presenter mode?

In order to use presenter mode, does the Confluence space admin have to enable some permissions?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

No, there is nothing that an admin needs to do to enable Presenter mode. Once Atlassian has rolled it out to your instance you should see it in the menu when you go to a page. I did notice that it is not available if you are on the Space overview page.
