Are tasklists with audit features available?

Would you be able to display audit information for a checkbox? Basically who checked it along w/ a timestamp of when it was checked? Thanks.

Thanks Davin. It is a bit hard to isolate which specific checkbox was ticked off and the specific timing of it. The page history definitely does have some of the info, but it requires you viewing the old pages and sorting thru the page a bit to see. I'm looking for a solution to visualize on the page itself.
