Application Link Failed to Jira Service Desk Edited

I had followed the instruction below and was able to import the certificat in the java keystore.

but I am still having this error: 

The remote certificate can't be trusted

srvmtljira01 JIRA may be using a self-signed SSL certificate or a certificate that was issued by a certificate authority that isn't known locally.
