Anyone else have to refresh to ensure template creation in new edit experience?

When trying to create a new post via a template we are having to refresh the page before the template editing page loads otherwise it just hangs with an empty Untitled page. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a bug raised already?

Hi David, I have tried the path you mentioned and didn't find any lag in loading the pager nor found any hang.
