Any way to use 'Mail Page' feature in Confluence 5.6.4?

It's available it an older version: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF35/Enabling+the+%27Mail+Page%27+plugin.

I'd like to share my wiki entry, not with just a link but with the entire body in the email.

There is, of course, the two step process of exporting the page to PDF then attaching it to an email.
