Any documentation on Confluence EAR-WAR installation on Ubuntu from the scratch?

I want to install confluence EAR-WAR distribution on my Linux system. I found

but dint find the compelete steps for war-ear installation anywhere.

Hi but it says about a system installed with Tomcat. i have a doubt whether the EAR-WAR tar.gz download does it come with an embedded database. or should i add a Database.
