Anonymous users can not view content

Anytime a usr attempts to open spaces where Anonymousviewing is allowed they are dierected to the login page.

The "Global Permissions" - Anonymous access has "can use" active.

The space's "Anonymous Access" is set so "Anonymous" has "View" active

The Space/Page is not restricted.

What am I missing?

Can you give an example of a URL one of the users is using?

FYI -- when I ran across a similar problem, the user actually was clicking on a URL to a location that required login. I've also seen a situation where a user is using a URL for the login page.

One thing you can try is to give the user a direct URL to a page that you know is in a space with anonymous view access. Of course, make sure the page doesn't have its own restrictions.

I'm sorry if this is no help, but that sure sounds as if the home page is has restrictions applied. Although it is not the usual situaton, the home page can have a parent, and the restrictions could be applied to the parent.

If the user clicks on a page within the space they can view it.

If they click on a link to the hom pag, they are directed to a login page.

yea that was my first thought. Unfortunalty, not the case.

Thanks for jumping in and trying.
