Anonymous user cannot view issues in JIRA issues macro in confluence

Anonymous user cannot view issues in JIRA issues macro in confluence

1. The browse permission is set to "Anyone" in JIRA
2. Confluence space permissions also allow users to view the pages with out login

We can view only the first 4 issues on the page. But when we login to confluence we can see the results properly.

Please advise.

Hi Prachi,

Could you please confirm that JIRA allow anonymous login and permission to see the issues. You mentioned that anonymous can see the first 4, could you please let us know if the other issues that suppose to be listed comes from the same project? Or is there any restriction set for all the other issues.

Yes, its configured as per the documentation. Note: We use version 5.1
