Anonymous Access Unavailable in Desktop

Hello,

I follow guideline to be enabled viewing space for anonymous users.

And then I make that successfully on mobile browser.

 

But I cannot access on desktop browser.

When I try to access specific page on public space,

I can see that page few seconds.

But soon, redirected to login page.

 

Please give me another solution to resolve this problem.

I check confluence guideline for public access many times.

Can you tell us if you're still encountering the issue?
