Anonymous Access Unavailable in Desktop

Hello,

I follow guideline to be enabled viewing space for anonymous users.

And then I make that successfully on mobile browser.

But I cannot access on desktop browser.

When I try to access specific page on public space,

I can see that page few seconds.

But soon, redirected to login page.

Please give me another solution to resolve this problem.

I check confluence guideline for public access many times.

Can you tell us if you're still encountering the issue?

There was an issue this morning on Confluence Cloud which was preventing anonymous access. This issue has since been resolved here:
