An individual user cannot be added to a Space, but others can.

One particular user cannot be added withIn a new Space that was created. I am able to add other users. When this specific users name is typed, the error in the window states that there are "no matches found." He appears in other Spaces and in the Users section. Why would that be? Could it be related to his status being set as Org & Site Admin (my status as well)? Does he have to add himself to Spaces?

Hi @Hi_ Tech - Have you tried searching for the user by their email address as well, there might be cases where the user might have set their visibility name as an email address.
