Hi,
Currently its not possible to import a Confluence cloud site backup onto a Conluence cloud site. Are you planning on developing and releasing such a feature? If so, do you have a rough timeline for it? This feature would help us a lot.
Thank you for your reply.
Best regards,
Ine
According to the official documentation you can import a confluence cloud backup
If that's not what you mean, please clarify.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for your reply!
It's not what I meant. It does not seem possible to import a complete Confluence cloud backup, containing multiple spaces, onto a Confluence cloud site. It is only possible to import a single space at a time according to https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/. So my point is, why does Confluence cloud allow you to export the complete Confluence cloud site, but does not allow you to import this complete Confluence cloud site?

Sorry for my late reply.
According to Atlassian University, confluence site restore is possible ONLY if you have a Confluence only site. So that's the purpose of the cloud backup.

Ah ok, that is a shame. We also use Jira.
Thanks for your quick response though

@Ine Nieuwenhuijzen you can still contact Atlassian's support and ask them if they can restore for you the whole confluence site.
