After install Confluence 6.15.2 server load critical, more than 7 and high cpu

We did a fresh install of confluence version 6.15.2 afther that we notice high cpu and high load on the server 

The server has 2 x 6-core cpu with hypertread (24 cores) 72 Ram and 2Tb it has plenty resources. 

We try to search solutions but all the solutions give us 404 page can you help us? 

We tried with java 7 and java 8 also on 2 more servers same issue
