Admin cannot access space

Hi 

I have been trying to access a space but getting the error "This is a restricted space" as well as "Something went wrong, refresh the page and try again". I thought it was a permission issue but I asked the Admin of my organisation to access it and they get the same error! 

What do you suggest to find out if this is an actual error or if it's just a permission issue? If my admin can't access it then I'm not sure what else I can do, the space doesn't appear for them in the space directory 🤔
