I am trying to test Confluence Cloud Functionality in MS Teams.
But when I'm trying to add the app its asking for Admin Approval.
Does this mean - the Teams admin should give admin consent while allowing the app from Teams Admin Center?
Can't we user user consent option so that it can use Individual User's consent when someone tries to add the app?
Yes, Microsoft Graph API has some scopes that require admin consent.
By the way, check out Advanced Microsoft Teams Confluence Connector.
Yes, this is referring to approval for the Confluence app to be used within Teams. You will have to work with your M365 admin for configuration on the Microsoft side.

Yes the app is added under permission policy in Teams admin center, that's why I am able to see the option to add it in Teams.
But when I try to add it in Teams group/channel it asks for admin approval. I was under the impression that we can grant user consent as well when someone tries to add the app.
