Access denied

Hello Comunity, I urgently need to fill a shipping form that was shared to me via a Confluence link.

When clicking on the link I receive a message "SAML Single Sign On failed" and then "User was not found by ATTR_NAME"

What can I do?

Thanks in advanced for a prompt advice.

Hi @Lina Maria Valencia Lopez and welcome to the community!

Sadly not much you or we  can do. All you can do is contact the person who sent you the link and make sure your access is set up correctly.

This pretty much means you don't have access on the confluence instance and you need to be provided access.
