5.7.1 Feature "Files are first class citizens" don't show doc or docx

The new Feature "Files are first class citizens" offers to show all this file types:

Preview these file types right from your page:

Images files	Office files	Other files
JPEG PNG TIFF PSD WMF EMF ICO ICNS	DOC DOCX PPT PPTX XLS XLSX	PDF

My try with a doc-File ends with this message:

Translation: No Preview available. Download the file to show.

What the reason? If the feature is not ready yet?

Something like this is probably best to raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com so the team can find out what's going on. I just tried a couple of doc files and they seem to work well for me, so might be something specific to your environment or file(s).

I have try a docx file from office 2013 and than save it as doc (97-2003) format. None is displayed.

Which log file? attlassion-confluence.log? Nothing to see here.

What is the plugin-name for this feature (for configuring logging)?

Difficult to say.  Doc files are working fine for me in 5.7, so the question is what's different about your installation, or the file you are attaching.  What does the log file say is going wrong?
