10 free licenses not available with JSM?

According to our supplier we can't use the 10 free Confluence licenses, because we already have an existing Jira Service Management environment.

Our Altassian bills are managed through this supplier.

Is there anyone that can confirm this is indeed the case? I can't find any information about this restriction.

Your supplier is wrong.  You can use Jira and Confluence for free - the 10 user limit applies to each system, not your organisation.

Hi @John M_ If you trying to integrate your Jira Service Management to Confluence cloud (free plan) then yes you can do that. It just requires a confluence subscription.
