Hello!

Thank you for raising this with Atlassian Community. From what I can see, you're running Confluence on-premise version 7.12 with an unsupported database. Check Supported Platforms for information on which databases Confluence supports.

MS SQL would have to be versions 2016, 2017, or Azure. I recommend you review the article Migrating to another database for steps on how to get onto a supported platform.

If you continue to have issues, please have your administrator raise a ticket with the Confluence Server team to get individual support.
