Why does this github link show as needing permission?

I just added a page, and pasted in a link to https://github.com/System-IO-Abstractions/System.IO.Abstractions. Confluence insists on displaying this as follows...

Anyone any idea? This is a public page, no permission required, and if you click on the link it works. It just looks bad.
