The background log stores the plaintext password

Dear,

our Security Department found the plaintext password from the backgroud logs. and they thought this kind of behavior had certain safety hidden trouble. how can we resolve this problem?

What Confluence log are you getting that info from? What I am seeing the screenshot appears to be based on a URL request. You can pass the querystring parameters os_username and os_password to the confluence server to auto authenticate your request. This is often times used for automation processes.
