Prompt to update a page when editing another page in a space

Edited

We've a handbook in a Confluence space that is fairly frequently updated by any member of the team. We've also a separate page that acts as a summary of changes made to the handbook. We don't record every change in the page, just the ones we want to draw people's attention to, so it isn't an audit trail.

What I'd like is an automatic reminder each time the handbook is updated, to also think about adding a note to the summary page. The aim of this page is to help communicate things the team needs to know about.

Perhaps this is more of an "education case", but if there was a way to automatically remind them, this would be epic.

Thoughts? Many thanks.
