Jira permission changes

Hi team,

we have 150 jira projects which are inactive am runing jira v7.11.1 here i d o not have disabel option so i want to change the all projects current permission scheme to one permission scheme manually doing which takes more time so can please guide me how to do this.

we can do by rest api calls but my jira rest api is not working please tell me where can i see my rest api button.(jira v7.11.1)

or

any plugins for this one to change all projects permission scm to new permission scm

To my knowledge you will have to do this manually as it’s the safest option.

If anyone else is familiar on how to do this without a database direct modification do share.
