Issue with Confluence DR setup

Hii,

We are want to configure confluence 7.13.2 in DR environment

We tried to uninstall the application and reinstalled the application using installer again.
We are facing two major issues

1) Issue in file permission: We observe that the installer creates it default permission in the server this permission is not the expected permission which needs to get created.
Description:
As it is DR setup we expect that all the file permissions should be similar to DC environment
We have performed copy of confluence shared folder DC to DR confluence in order to create replica of shared folder.
here the permission of DC /conflushare / home (shared home) ​was confluence root similar permission got created in DR environment as we performed copy to DR server.
When we tried to start the application the application was not having right permissions to read this shared home folder and prompted the error as shown in attached picture.
We observed that In DC permission of the confluence is
confluence:x:1062:1062:Atlassian Confluence:/home/confluence:/bin/bash
in DR permission of confluence is
confluence:x:1062:1062::/home/confluence:/bin/bash
confluence1:x:1102:1102:Atlassian Confluence:/home/confluence1:/bin/bash
As it is visible that the installer has created a new permission for confluence1
as installer had created another default permission we had to reconfigure the permission of the file and make it to confluence1 to start the application

After making the above changes application accepted the cluster info . But in this case the file permissions are not exactly similar to DC when we make DR replication pair with this this may lead to error and corrupt our Database
We have kept the DR DB in snapshot mode before starting the DR confluence setup

2) Database connectivity issue(Critical): When we continued with installation procedure we got the database error The following error(s) occurred: Confluence tables already exist in the selected database.
the error screenshot is provided as attachment. we have copied dc data to DR now this DR DB is in snap mode when DR confluence installation started .We could not empty the database nor could create the new schema . As if we do this it would not be replica of DC.
We are stuck due to the above errors in the confluence DR setup also there is no detail solution provided by Atlassian on what steps to be followed in case of such issues.

Did you try giving the permissions to the shared folder for confluence and DB with proper connection to node?

Let me know the approach you have taken to set up the DC installation!!
