We started to use Confluence quite recently for documenting details about requirements and GUI specifications.
We want the reviers, the stake holders, to be able to go through the material and comment things that may be wrong or incomplete. Previously we have done so by sending them a Word document or a PDF, where the reader is able to make remarks without affecting the content.
