Allow the ability to assign a specific name to the older version of a Confluence page

CONNIE NGUYEN January 5, 2021

Hi,

In the beginning of every quarter, we update our OKR page with the relevant info for that quarter. As a result, the old info will become an older version, and we would like to give it a more meaningful name when displaying in the Page History, instead of just v1.0 or v2.0. That way, when looking into the Page History, we can retrieve info from the previous quarter easier:

You can always add a comment to the version.  I'm not sure exactly how to do this in cloud, but you may just not have permissions.

I know that in Server, there's a Properties link to edit the comment.  It looks like there is the capability of adding a comment since there's a Comment column.

There's no way to do this, the history is a history, not a batch of still-live docs.
