Hi there,
I'm unsure if this question has been asked already (I couldn't figure out how to view the FAQs from the pinned FAQ post at the top of the page...)
I've come from using Notion. If I create a database in Notion, the default first entry into a row is a 'Title'. Doing this allows me to open the row and its associated entries as a page. It also allows me to add content to that page (text, images, etc.) without displaying it as fields in the database view I've come from.
In Confluence Databases, I see if I highlight the row and right-click, I can 'Expand entry', which shows the fields in a table, and I can add to the existing ones. But nothing else.
Is there a view to add the ability to treat the expanded entry like a page itself, where I can add content like I would on any other page in Confluence?
Thanks
You could add a column of type "confluence page". Then, you could configure this column to allow the creation of new pages and - for new pages - advice confluence to add the row entry as initial content on this page.
Appreciate the suggestion. For me, that just adds unwanted complexity. The simplicity of these databases and the entries that sit within them should allow users to add some notes into a row. Not 'Atlassianize' a simplified experience all the other competitor products already offer. Hopefully, it'll come. Would be silly not to.

Looking for the same feature here. Orderly (the precursor of Confluence databases) did just that. Atlassian drastically reduced the present options. Of which the edge of the view bothers me the most. It's downright ugly
