Storage space not updating

I recently purged several hundred files from my Confluence space, most of which had .mp4 attachments. This should have reduced the amount of storage we're using, but when I checked, it showed we were still around 80% capacity! 

Is there a delay in the storage display or is something else going on?

After reading closer, it appears that updates to the storage space can take up to 12 hours for Confluence. I will continue to monitor the storage usage over the coming days.
