How do I resolve this issue to display an excel file attachment within enterprise confluence "We can't preview this file. You'll have to download the file to view it."
Are you on server / data center or cloud? You have listed cloud but this issue is usually seen on server / data center. If you are on cloud I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian so they can look at your instance. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
