Hey guys!
I hope you are all well and safe.
I am Org Admin of a Confluence instance and I need to check all Personal Spaces created by users and, if possible, access some of them.
Is there any way to perform this operation?
Best Regards,
Ricardo D'Oliveira
Hi @baoduy
Good day.
If the ask is to see personal spaces, You can do so by going to the URL below
https://SiteName.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces
(Needs replacement of Sitename with your instance name).
There are tabs there that can be selected to list the kind of space you wish to see. If you wish to get an export of such details, please feel free to raise a case with us at support.atlassian.com. We will be happy to help :)

Hi @Ricardo Cardoso D_ Oliveira ,
You should be able to see all the spaces by checking on the confluence settings > Space Permissions. You could use the below URL after substituting your confluence site URL.
https://your_conflunce_site/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action
Once you go here, there will be a section 'Individual Spaces' which lists all the spaces in the entire confluence site.
Please do check and let know if this isn't working for you. You should be a site admin to be able to see without any restrictions.

The 'Individual Spaces' below Confluence settings > Space Permissions doesn't include any personal Spaces.

Is there a way to see also the restricted personal spaces or grant me as admin permissions to restricted personal spaces?

Hi Dominik,
If you are on higher plans like Premium and Enterprise, we have a cool Admin key feature that allows site admins to log in to restricted spaces also. Of course, the space admin would be notified. Below is the documentation for it.
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/bypass-access-restrictions-on-a-page-with-admin-key/
I hope this helps.
