I want to create a global template in confluence, which includes Jira Macros.
So each time somebody uses the template, the Macro should be present, and on clicking it, there should be a prompt to choose the necessary data from Jira.
Is this possible? I use confluence cloud.
Hi @Nivedita ,
You will be able to configure Jira Macro for global template and while creating you need to setup Jira Macro with default data like Assignee = currentuser().
When a user creates page with template , Jira Macro shows issues assigned to user and in the same page user can edit the data according to user requirement.
Thanks,
Avinash
I can't figure out how to do this. Is it restricted to server users? We're on cloud.
Could you possibly outline the steps?
Thank you
