I'm getting my Confluence Cloud space set up for my company and I can't upload a profile picture. It says "Failed to Change Profile Photo" no matter the image I chose. I'm uploading a JPG.
Any help why this is erroring out??

I tested it on my non-work PC and it uploads fine (small pic, tried multiple browsers). It must be a firewall/Corp. Security issue. Is this common and is there a way I can fix?? I worry our Corp. Security team won't help.
