If I create a calendar in a confluence space, would it be possible to set up reminders for the participants? so that the participants received an email (Outlook) reminder about the event?

Hi Maria,

I guess when you talk about creating a calendar in a Confluence space, it means you use the plugin Team Calendars for Confluence. If so, then yes it is possible to set up reminders for the participants, regarding a specific event type. In fact, you will need to:

  1. Add a reminder for the event type you want your users to be reminded;
  2. Turn on the reminder emails.

I hope this will help.

Kind regards,
