With all of the various Atlassian products I wanted to get feedback from the community as to which product they have found to be the most robust, clear, easy to share, and navigate when it comes to external facing Program Status Reports (think external partners and customers). I have found Confluence, Atlas, JIRA Software and JIRA Work management to all have somewhat overlapping ability to do this, but nothing really definitively sticking out as a clear winner.

In previous years, I saw some of these use cases where Jira reports had to be shared with external stakeholders or management.
A viable alternative way that worked in these cases is creating custom, professional PDF reports, and documents and sharing those either manually or automatically. I wrote about these cases in 3 blogs that I recommend for you:
I know some of these blogs mention Data Center and you are on Cloud, but everything is feasible on Cloud as well, with one caveat. Atlassian doesn't allow extensions for Automation for Jira, so we are currently working on the cloud version of Better PDF Automation.
