On the 25th of May, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect as law within the European Economic Area (EEA). GDPR replaces national privacy and security laws that previously existed within the EEA with a single, comprehensive EEA-wide law that governs the use, sharing, transfer and processing of any personal data that originates from within the EEA.
Our policy is to respect all laws that apply to our business and this includes the GDPR. We also appreciate that our customers have requirements under GDPR that are directly impacted by their use of Atlassian products and services. We are committed to supporting the GDPR compliance efforts of our customers.
With that in mind, we've created content to help you, our customers, understand how certain product features and functionality can support your GDPR compliance.
