Now Available: Import components from GitHub!

Hey everyone, Josh here from the Compass product team. I just wanted to quickly let everyone know that the GitHub app for Compass now lets you import your GitHub repositories as Compass components đźŽ‰ On import, we’ll also automatically add a link to the repository and a couple labels to the component in Compass.

First make sure you have the GitHub app for Compass configured, and then select “Create” from the top navigation in Compass followed by “Import Components”. Or checkout this 90 second video to see it in action!

Let us know what else you want to see from the GitHub app, Happy Compassing!

Are there ways currently to integrate other Git compatible repositories (e.g. AWS CodeCommit or Azure Devops)?

Most of our teams will be working in AWS Code Commit and this seems to be the one connection that limits our use of Compass.
