instrumenting into a different folder using "clover-instr"

Phani Vempaty July 12, 2012

I need to instrument the sources into a different folder and I'm using clover-instr for that ..

so few doubts first:

Using clover-instr creates the instrumented sources at our specified destDir

1) so, we need to compile them again for using them ?

2) And is it that now, we have to use these instrumented codes as source location for running Junit to get the coverage details ?

----

I'm in a situation where it says "No coverage recordings found. No report will be generated" ..

I'm attaching my sample build file - please let me know the mistakes I'm doing. (clover-instr.txt)

Hi Phani,

ad 1) Yes, you have to compile source instrumented by Clover.

ad 2) Yes, you have to tell JUnit to use instrumented classes.

Marek
