Where do I get clover.license, I can't seem to locate it and the provided text file is very misleading.
It depends on what Clover version do you use.
If you use a commercial version of Atlassian Clover, prior to open-sourcing it (i.e. version 4.1.2 and older) then you need a license key, which can be downloaded from my.atlassian.com. If you use an open-sourced version of Atlassian Clover (you have to clone the repository and compile it from sources), then no license key is required (you may still see some input fields or log messages related with the license, but they're inactive).
The same applies to any community forks of Atlassian Clover - no key is required.
