When generating an HTML report, Is it possible to skip the code highlighting part?

Avi Yehuda September 26, 2011

Hi,

My company is using clove rfor ANT.

I am collecting coverage during runtime. For that I am moving the clover db from my environment to the server.

Thn I am generating a report.

This means that the original sources do not exist while creating the report.

That is the reason why I get errors when genrating the report.

My question is therefor, can I generae reports but without the code highlting part?

I've found an option for Ant as well :-) It works for HTML and XML reports. You have to set srcLevel=false attribute in clover-report/current/format task like below:

<clover-report>
   <current>
      <format type="html" srcLevel="false"/> <!-- Works for type="xml" too -->
   </current>
</clover-report>

It's not possible using Ant task, but it can be done from the Clover command line interface - see HtmlReporter documentation and the -h/--hidesrc switch.

Instead of <clover-report/> or <clover-html-report/> task you can use a following command in your build.xml:

<java classname="com.cenqua.clover.reporters.html.HtmlReporter"
args="-h -i ${clover.initstring} -o /path/to/clover/report/dir"/>
