What does "Support Expires" mean?

What does "Support Expires" mean? 

Is my license going to be expired after december 30th 2016?

It's the date when your support expires.  You won't be able to get Atlassian to help you after that date (or upgrade to newer versions).  However, as you're on an open-source licence, it'll be renewed for free.

About 60 days before the software maintenance expires, a "Renew Maintenance" link will appear on your above screenshot at my.atlassian.com. From there you'll be asked to verify your project still qualifies for the open source license, when you click "agree" a new perpetual license with 12 months of software maintenance will be generated.
