OpenClover doesn't work with Eclipse, Cov% is 0.0% after a run with Clover

Background

• I am using OpenClover (4.4.1.v20191011233139) with Eclipse 2021-09 (4.21.0) on Windows 11 version 21H2.

What I did

• * I have installed OpenClover according to the instructions in: https://openclover.org/doc/manual/latest/eclipse--openclover-for-eclipse-in-10-minutes.html
• I have a simple Java project that contains only one .java file: https://gist.github.com/satob/9a2e9b325b26ca5bef328e9920c73bfb 
• I have set [Clover]-[Enable on this project]. Eclipse shows a Clover icon on the project and `Main.java` in the package explorer.
• I have cleaned and rebuilt the project.
• I have run `Main.java` from [Run With Clover As]-[Java Application] in the context menu of package explorer.
• `Main.java` is successfully executed and there are no error messages in the console or the Problems view.

Result

• Cov% in the [Coverage Explorer] view remains 0%, and all the lines in `Main.java` are shown with red background color (no coverage).
• I have clicked the reload icon on Coverage Explorer view, but no changes happened.
• The property [Clover]-[Instrumentation]-[Instring] is `Default value`. A file `coverage.db` is created on the `.clover` directory on the project root, so I think there is no problem with the permission of the `.clover` directory.
• The timestamp of `coverage.db` is the time when I have cleaned and rebuilt the project. So I think OpenClover didn't record coverage data into `coverage.db` when I ran ``Main.java` from [Run With Clover As]-[Java Application].

Question

How can I record coverage with OpenClover on Eclipse? Is there any misconfiguration for OpenClover in my environment?
